客服中心

既然提到”阿三最近成了我的新觀察對象”…..我真應該開一個專欄好好討論一下!
在如果你曾和任一家
客服中心連絡, 你一定注意到了印度人無所不在的事實. 現在的大公司都把他們的客服中心外移至勞工低廉又具外語底子的國家: 譬如中南美洲.印度. 菲律賓等國家.

其中又印度最熱門.

這些公司希望在能夠控制成本的前提下希望能達到服務消費者的目的, 動機是好的, 可是實際上的成效就打了點折扣.
那些人說的英文真的很難懂, 說不清也聽不清楚, 每次打完電話都又好氣又好笑. 對方態度好我就笑笑算了, 要是遇上口氣差一點的真是會被氣到!

以如此的結果看來, 公司是省了錢, 進步中國家也得到了幫助, 但最終消費者卻成了唯一的犧牲品~~
